Bought a 2014 Nissan pathfinder 4 month's ago. Second day i had it i felt a shuddering. I told the owner MARIO! HE ASSURED ME IT WAS NOT THE TRANSMISSION LIKE I SUGGESTED! HE ASSURED ONCE AGAIN THAT IT WAS OK! I TRUSTED HIM WHICH I NEVER REALLY DO! HE TOLD ME THAT IF THAT WAS THE CASE HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME! I AM SO UPSET THAT I OVERPAID FOR THIS VEHICLE! ONLY REASON I PURCHASED WAS FOR MY FAMILY. WHICH I TOLD THEM MY REASONS! AGAIN HE COMFORTED ME AND REASSURED ME IF ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE WOULD ARISE HE WOULD DO RIGHT! STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO KEEP HIS WORD! WON'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS! VERY DISAPPOINTED! BAD PEOPLE WITH NO REMORSE OR HEART!

From start to finish, excellent response, service, quality is top notch. Visited 4 dealers before this and nothing matches what these guys have to offer. Drove off the lot in max 1 hour with a 2011 Subaru Legacy I know my family and I will love for many years to come. Financing expectations were also met with no hesitation. THANK YOU!!!!!
