We came to Kennewick to look at a vehicle on his lot. I drove around town in the vehicle for a while and was really excited about it. One quick negotiation later and I was the proud new owner of a cool mint colored Ford F250 Super Duty. Upon reaching highway speeds there was some unexpected hard shaking. I took the truck back and without even having to ask was given a loaner vehicle, the problem got fixed, and I was back in my truck the next day. He went above and beyond what I would have expected and never once tried to get out of dealing with it.

I had a great experience buying my truck from Dan. We did the entire transaction remotely and had it delivered to Portland for pick-up. Dan was direct and honest about the maintenance he would get done before delivery. I definitely recommend Tri-Cities Auto and would buy from here again in the future.
