Best of the best, first rate customer service. From scheduling to job completion, the entire process went smoothly ... totally satisfied with the workmanship and finished presentation. My grateful appreciation to Kim who scheduled a timely commencement and Eric, Bret and Shad for the mental gymnastics and professionalism displayed in the final product. WELL DONE!!!
Really grumpy office workers I went some where else.
If I could give less than one star for this business I would. The receptionist, Kim, that answered the phone when I called to find out about my OVER 2 week late estimate was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name she refused to tell me and then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called the President, Mark Hartery, to ask him about about the estimate that I still hadn't recieved, he was very unprofessional as well. After explaining to him that I had many years in sales and costumer service, he told me that this was my issue and hung up on me. I felt, as anyone would, that by going to the president of a company and hoping for a solution to the unprofessional way this business was being handled, we could have come to a resolution. Unfortunately A & W Electric Co. did not feel the same. If you are looking to do business with anyone that has any professionalism whatsoever, I urge you to go somewhere else!!
