This is my local CVS. Employees here are always above and beyond, which is why I frequent here, opposed to at least 3 other pharmacies in a mile radius. Today, Mark, really uplifted my spirits so simply by a compliment on my nails. It may sound ridiculous to make a big deal over this, but in these times, such a small personal connection was huge.nnI’m an RN. Of course, for nearly a year now, we ALL as a society, have been learning to deal with COVID -19. For those of us on the front lines, we’re struggling at times. We’re emotionally and physically exhausted, as those in the community are as well.nnI was not in my scrubs today. It was a rare day off. Mark had no idea who I was or what I did . He was just personablennIn a nutshell, his small act of kindness reminded me that we are all in this together. We hold each other up. This kind young man deserves recognition. We need more of him! Thank you, Mark!

Gave me only 1/2 of my prescription but charged me for the full prescription...then refused to give me the remainder. Cannot believe how unprofessional this was. So so unprofessional and just unbelievable!
