Every time I come here Marci the cashier is super friendly and always gives a warm greeting. It's wonderful employees like her that are the cornerstone to any successful business and I hope that the upper management of Cumberland Farms recognizes her for the warm and upbeat vibes that she brings to work with her.

The 5 stars are fake, 54 reviews and 38.nThe truth is the store is disorganized and coffee is inferior. I go out of my way to other locations in the county. Stop the fake reviews and fix it. Why would you have 8 plus customers with 2 lines at prime time, 9 AM with one cashier?

The absolute worst service. One line was very long cashier comes up says next person girl just walks right up I told the cashier he should have taken the people that were waiting before her but they're always rude at this store very rude people work here I hate this Cumberland farms the only reason I come here is I have the 10th cent saver gas

Im not from cocoa beach but we went here several times while on vacation and the one thing I loved was the hyper freeze the variety of flavors was so good to bad they don’t have this where I’m from. A good selection of beers and snacks. Cashiers were friendly as well.

I come here all the time and have never had an issue until today when the store manager of all people tried to blame me for a misunderstanding. And because there was a miscommunication because we were both wearing masks and it’s harder to hear, he tried to tell me “I guarantee you never said pump 20 once” and started getting an attitude with me instead of just working with me and fixing the situation. On top of this he helped several customers before he even bothered to help me. Then told me “we normally can’t do anything about an amount this small in gas” basically saying because I thought he was repeatedly asking “13” as in “$13” it’s my fault I didn’t understand he meant pump. And it’s my job to clarify next time. And even though I clearly said pump 20, and he misunderstood because my mask, the situation was my fault. Horrible experience comes from the first time the store manager rings me up. I wonder how he treats his employees.
