Set and drive through line for roughly 10 to 12 minutes before was able to order. Place the order for ice cream. When I got to drive through window was told the ice cream machine didn't work. Very dissatisfied.
Terrible service. Ordered two ice cream cones which they serve in cups because no one knows how to swirl ice cream in a cone. Flash, maybe have a ice cream 101 class. In addition, once we paid and pulled up to the window, we sat there for over five minutes waiting. There was no one waiting the window. One person inside who ignored the knock on the window. The owners should be ashamed that this type of service is allowed. Asked for the manager who wasn't there. Sad.
Tonight this location gave us HALF EATEN FRIES that another customer returned. How do we know? The fries kissing bites had bright red lipstick on them! So unsanitary to give another customer someone else’s returned half-eaten food!! And good luck calling this location to tell a a manger. Even if you know they’re still open they won’t pick up.
You guys have turned things around ten fold and myself and the hockey crew all appreciate the light night food!
20 minutes in drive thru waiting on 3 coffees...come on really. If I could give them lower I would
