I am so impressed with Dave Caps skills of gentleness,  his knowledge for electric problems, what i experienced was amazing and out of this world, he did not rest until  he served me with 100 % clear instructions and did a great job. As you notice I have an accent but he was so wonderful  communicator to  people like me, that have very thick accent. Another amazing thing I witnes was when he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I truly appreciate and thank him from the bottom of my heart, thank you again again so much for your great job and great kindness!

Richard and Steve were great, they repaired my issue in under an hour. I called to make an appt and they came same day. They were very friendly and efficient.

If you call, they answer the phone and they are willing to work with you, but if you are doing anything that is going to require cooperation with bay county building services, it will take forever, so don’t use them or make sure they are willing to deal with the county so that you don’t have to(make it clear up front). The bay county builders services are a joke (they change their rules too frequently and without good communication) and I feel sorry for local contractors that have to deal with them.
