I have used them a few times and they always show up on time or early. They are quick and proficient. They also explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. I called after hours one time and they were able to explain step by step process to help me with my issue without even coming out or seeing my generator. Highly recommend using them.
WOW.... heard they were good but to be careful of the salesman. Just got off the phone with him to reschedule or get measurements and discuss over the phone. He said he was having a very bad morning;.........not wanting to have a p hone discussion..... well... guess my discussion with this company is OVER!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a 20KW whole home generator from Bluewater Bay Generators of NW FL back in May 2018 and it was installed in June 2018--just four months before Hurricane Michael struck on October 10, 2018. Both David Price and Ted Conrad were great to work with and offered lots of details on the pros/cons/features/warranties of each type of generator they offered. Once I'd made my selection and put down a deposit, they got to work and coordinated with local/certified gas and electrical companies to come in and properly install the generator into my home's existing power & gas systems. Their customer service/support following Hurricane Michael was top notch and they come every six months like clock-work to provide regular maintenance on my generator system, which was worth its weight in gold in the ~13 days after the hurricane that my community had no commercial power.
