My kids love this place. My only down fall is they never get my orders right or they forget to put sauces and napkins or they give you the coldest nastiest french fries!!!!!! So I have to check all the bags and make sure my order is correct and I'm sorry but what we pay for fast food anymore we should have wrong orders or cold fried. Tysvm!! The ladies at checkout are awesome!!

awful. no customer service. wrong order. tried to order coke they said I didn’t order at pick up. said I was unable to do so. unbelievable the place stays open. no thank you please or anything. my last time

Recently went through the drive thru due to covid. I placed my order of 2 chicken sandwich with a large fries, 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium frie and a number 6 that also comes with a frie. When I got to the window and received my food I checked it before driving away and noticed a frie was missing. I politely told the girls at the window I was missing a frie. I gave her my receipt and they said they did not charge me for one. I told her again politely well I did order one and if she could get me another frie I will give her the money. The manager walked up and grabbed the receipt and rudely glared at me and said we can't ring in orders at this window. I asked her are you really going to make me have to drive back around and sit in line for a mistake that was made by yall. She said i cant help you and closed the window on me. I was then upset because as a manager its your job to make the guest happy and do what you can make sure they come back . She was hateful for no reason. I did drive back around and wait for another frie just for the staff to quickly hand me my food and slam the window on me.Once again I was polite and never raised my voice i just simply asked if she could make a quick adjustment and fix my order and I would pay. She as a manager should had made it right. Bad customer service.
