Well I don’t know how to start, but today I called earlier to Benton country Treasurer’s office to make sure I can make a payment through the phone which a nice lady told I can, so 20 minutes later I called again to make the payment on phone and this lady named Victoria told me I couldn’t make payments through the phone she told me all rude that I have the option to do it online or take it to the drop box, I respect but every time I try to do a payment They tell me something different I think great that every worker there will be on the same page, I had never had this issue before.
