Went there for Christmas Gifts and Shay was awesome. She is very honest and as a consumer that means a lot to me. She helped with everything dealing with the embroidery. If you need a hat or something embroidered, please go see Shay at Lids!! She did an amazing job. Will definitely be back because of her.

They had a nice selection but did not have the hat that I was looking for. I saw it online and being at an outlet you would think they would have it and the team being in the region but no..besides that the customer service was great.

Came when they had an amazing sale bought 12 hats didnt even spend 100 dollars.. definitely check them out

Great experience. The man behind the counter was very knowledgeable of inventory. Sale prices were excellent. Flea market prices for authentic merchandise.
