The Children's Place

I love the children's place low prices and if u go online and look up the item number if the online price is cheaper they will give it to u for the online price. Being a my rewards customer give u points for your purchases that eventually turn it to dollars. I love it there.

This store is really small compared to others I been in. The lines are all confusing. The wait is a drag. You cant find the size you need because everything is sold out. The store needs to be bigger, way bigger for Children's place. Still good deals.

Love children place.ordered a package online when retrieved receipt stated 6 sweaters, I asked if all6 were inside because the bag was small. I was told they were although when I got home to open the package to find only 3 of the sweaters inside the bag. Employee that answered informed me it was shipping fault not the stores ... currently online waiting on customer service rep. to answer me so I know whether or not the other 3 will be coming otherwise I want a full refund upon returning the 3 I have.nnEdit: on hold for 30mins 56 sec. I'm super annoyed. I just want to speak to a live person. Wouldn't be a big deal except I was charged for all 6 sweaters . NOT COOL CHILDRENS PLACE NOT COOL!!!!!!

This place is not customer friendly. Not only is it hard to fit in between the isle but there's shelves and rack pushed up on the clothes so that you can barely squeeze through to look at the clothes. The staff is rude. They stand around and talking, don't offer assistance and they keep holding personal conversations when you approach the register and don't even greet you. Terrible set up
