I visited this location 2 days ago to grab some Christmas gifts, upon walking in I was greeted by a lovely girl Kayla she was very positive and sure to tell us about deal. The second I walked into the store manager Hannah walked up and assisted me in helping find the right body care for my daughters not only was she helpful but very kind, the girl knew exactly what she was talking about! When I finally finished my shopping I checked out over on white barn side by Giana she was very kind and even wiped down all the surfaces before I walked up and assured me it was clean, I had an issue where my coupon was ripped off the scanner and was worried they wouldn’t take it however she replied with no worries and typed it in for me and even showed me how to tie the cello bags. Overall GREAT! Experience and very friendly staff. THANKS FOR THE HUGE HELP!

Wouldn’t let my husband buy 20 MINI sanitizers for my Baby Shower...only let him buy 10. Idk if about the sale(which is not amazing) or the pandemic(which stores are not lacking sanitizer right now), but either way I won’t be choosing them for my needs in the future. The holiday season candles were already a huge disappointment as far as how the scent was able to fill a room...

Very nice store. Just never seems to have the items I’m lookin for. I don’t understand how bath and body works promotes new pro but can never keep them in stock

I would avoid this store/ location at all cost. I am from Delaware but I would sacrifice to drive to Maryland or Pennsylvania. Worst customer service from little girl Giana and Manager Hannah. They are in cahoots with each other. Check the name tags, if you see Giana name tag be guaranteed she will give you the worst customer service. My thing is this why are you working there if you don’t want to be there. We come there for the experience but not for the disrespect of someone young enough to be my child. Avoid this store at all cost!!
