Amazon - DLR1

This place helps get packages out quicker. They also support local businesses. During COVID-19 they purchased hand sanitizer from Rock Town Brewery. DLR1 gets things done!

Worse help ever possible! Their call Center is in the Philippines where those that you can speak to there in the Philippines say they have no supervisors that they can transfer you to and they hardly speak English. I in no means care about the ethnicity of the individual helping me I however would like them to be able ton1) speak Englishn2)it would be wonderful if they were actually in the United States! All of us United States citizens are sending our orders through the Philippines dealing with incompetent individuals who barely speak English at all.Again they state they have no supervisors they can transfer you too and nothing that they can help you with other than canceling your account. I for one find that Amazon would not like all the accounts that I have with them canceled.

At 5:42pm tonight, a delivery van was making a delivery on our street. The van had to be going 50 mph. Our street is not very long; therefore, I’m not sure how the driver gained that much momentum! We have children and families that walk/ride their bikes. This is not the first time for this to occur.

They need to pay more attention to addresses and stop leaving my mail on my neighbor's porch.

Package was shown as delivered....problem is it was not my package but the neighbors across the street. There is no local number to contact to see if my package went to someone else even though my account shows it “delivered”. Tried to contact Amazon through my app but due to Covid they are not taking calls, doing callbacks or doing chats so I really have no way to track my delivery......kind of sucks!
