I have been coming here for the last 5 years and always get great service. Especially this year Shannon, and Jody are 100% on top of their tax prep game got me tax credits I didn’t even know I could qualify for. Come on in and let these lady’s get you your best refund!!!!!
Worst place ever... Walked in at 10:30am to get a quote (was empty no customers) and some other person that had a 10am appointment walked in and she took care of them first instead of me when we were already about to start the process very unprofessional...not my fault your 10am appointment was 30min late. Never go here unless you want unprofessional help.
They misspelled the name on the address of my paperwork now my stimulus check will not be mailed to my address because the address on the paperwork doesnt exist! No way to call them or the IRS so good to know that my family has no cushion for these tough times over a typo.
I seen Shanan and she was real helpful she answered all my questions, I am definitely am happy with her service. I usually file thru TurboTax so I thought the fee's were kind of high but in the long run worth it. I recommend seeing her if you need your taxes filed.
Linda was helpful and very knowledgeable! Our questions were all answered, and the process was a piece of cake! Made taxes a joy, looking forward to next year.
