This review is in my opinion and based on my opinion of services i requested or received. This only suggests my experience that i had with said company:nnBoth times i have called this guy he said he could do the work. I called him once for a coax job and we had a install all ready to go and gave him the specs of what i wanted and i wanted RG6 Quad Shied with compression connectors used. I even offered him the parts and tools to do it and i could show him how to use them. Well he rolled up acted surprised when i showed him the connectors like he had never seen them before in his life. Do what does he show up with RG59 and some old crimp style connectors from the early 1990s that no one uses anymore. Those connectors are junk , fall off and aren’t not for use in any cable system or satellite system these days. Also no one uses RG59 anymore it’s not certified for HD cable or internet signaling.nnAfter telling all the above in advance and then when he showed up ready to work with a helper he gets out his van and i reminded him of the materials i had and he basically packed up his van and left with no explanation just said i’m gonna pass on this job and i was like seriously you waste my time when i could have called someone else. Very unprofessional this guy will never step foot in my home i don’t care if he had 30 years in the trade or not he obviously is into the jerry rigging business which is why i don’t use local contractors out here.nnBut my thoughts a very rude and u professional company in my opinion to come here then waste my time after you knew the job and materials i wanted and then pack up and leave.nnI should have down this myself to be honest but i ended up hiring a real electrician who could do my work.nnSecond experience:nnContacted richard a second time to give him another chance to do some work that maybe he could do all i needed was a simple ground rod installed 2 of them and a ground bond installed to the low voltage grounding point on the side of house. Also needed a satellite dish grounded really a simple job anyone could do this that is a electrician it’s the most basic work. Richard was suppose to find help to get ground rod driven and he would wire rest well waited days very slow response and then he said sorry not grunt boy available so i said then what and he said go ahead and call michael and son which was my other option i was like seriously you waste my time again. So i offered to get a laborer since he couldn’t find one to run ground rods in and then let him run the wire well guess what he stopped replying very rude and inconsiderate person and then he replies days later go ahead and get michael and son to do it all and i’m like what the heck what a i professional person. I ended up getting a more competent company to do the work. My advice stay far away from this fly by night company.
