I want to share how great these guys were! I’m a first time car buyer and they made the process EXTREMELY easy! Everyone was professional and you could simply tell it was a great environment, work wise for them and it makes their guests feel more comfortable when there is no tension among employees.nnZach was my salesman and he answered all of my questions. He was professional and worked great with me on information with the car, what deals I was getting, and all the benefits.nnRoland was also great in helping with the financing details and answering all of my questions about the technicality side of things.nnI could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first car! I dropped by at 3 pm on the chance that I could have the oil changed and tires rotated on my F-250. Just six months ago this would have taken several hours but I knew that there was new ownership and thought I'd take a chance (their location is convenient to me). In and out in less than an hour. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because this was the first time and I want to be sure that this is the new level of service before I give them 5 stars. But my experience is that this is not the Shenandoah Ford that you were used to, and that's a good thing.nnUpdate: needed another oil change and the engine light was on. Stopped in again with no appointment and a yellow engine light on. They found an issue with emissions that was covered by warranty. They also found that I needed two valve stems. Everything was done including the oil change and tire rotation in an hour and a half and total was less than I expected. Excellent service.

What a great experience. The sales staff is excellent and able to find pretty much anything that you're looking for. I highly recommend Front Royal Ford for all of your car buying needs. I just wanted to add that the service staff is very helpful and gets you in and out with no problems at all.

It was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in the salesfloor, Cliff greeted me, I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me right to the F-150! After I confirmed I wanted to buy the F-150 and trade in my Subaru, Cliff was very transparent along the way! The Finance associate, Frank, was also very transparent and insightful! The next day, I told my family how much of a friendly and trustworthy experience I had at Front Royal Ford! I'm happy to start a relationship at Front Royal Ford for my F-150 and will refer family/friends to the dealership!
