Five stars( would give way more if I could)... As a returning client of 6 years I can honestly say the ladies at Jackson Hewitt of Marion are absolutely awesome. Cathy made filing today easy, understandable and very quick. She also explained everything to me and made sure I was ok with my refund and fees( she also helped me save money today on my filing fees!!!) I've honestly never had a bad experience with them. I recommend everybody make an appointment with Jackson Hewitt of Marion for all your tax needs.

My name is Christy Campbell. I had my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt this year. I've always used H&R Block. But this year I decided to try Jackson Hewitt. The lady that done my taxes was very helpful very polite and very informative. She tried her best to get me the biggest refund I could get this year. When she seen the disappointment on my face due to my refund.She also lowered some of the fees from Jackson Hewitt. To make my refund substantially bigger. By doing that one simple thing to help me out I will always be a Jackson Hewitt customer.! I rate it five stars and I'm very satisfied. Thank you and I will see you next year.

I usually do my taxes online, but this year I went to Jackson Hewitt. Cathy was great to work with. She answered all my questions and made filing easy. I recommend Cathy file your taxes!!

Dawn was very kind and patient with me when explaining things to me. Especially where the stimulus is concerned. She took the time to make sure I understood and that I was ok with my refund amount and cost. Very happy with the serious I received. Thank you so much.
