MY FATHER & I MOVED IN MONTROSS VILLAGE IN AUG 2018! WE ARE VERY HAPPY HERE NOW :-) WE HAD A CLAYTON HOMES BUILD OUR HOME ! OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING :-) THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NICE ITS A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE TO LIVE! WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR DECISION TO MOVE HERE! THANKS JACKIE VECHERY
Ty Janney is more than willing to work with his tenants. The administration at Montross village have strived to make this a safe and more inviting community. Ty and his family have invested their time to make improvements to the grounds and lots as well as the integrity of the homes.
Friendly staff and clean park
I really do not like this community, the landlord and a lady named Dorothy, are ridiculous I suggest anyone to not visit or move in here you do not get your security deposit back what so ever there are people here that get to live rent free while others ask for help from the landlord and mr janey does not try and help to do anything with it, he expects you to always have money the day he needs it, while he does not even own these properties just landlord and property manager, this is not a safe place at all, please if you live here get out quick also I hard dor Dorothy Breen has rent free for 6 months so far, and when she talks to you she tells everyone your business, and her grand daughters are demons.
