Nice park, though not the best kept...

This is really close to my home so I have been here many times. It's a great historical site and well maintained. The site is not well advertised and a bit hidden for the general public so large crowds are never a problem. Ample parking and easy to navigate walking trail, no bikes allowed on the trails so they aren't torn up. The observation deck was rebuilt a couple of years ago and I good condition.

It's exciting to find a site of historical relevance amid the ordinary confines of suburbia. The trails in the park are groomed for walking and are suitable for people of all ages. However, as of October 28, the park was still affected by multiple large downed trees, likely from fall storms such as TS Michael.

Beautiful pathway around earthworks and Warwick River. Educational signs along the way. Trees, bushes, flowers, birds, turtles surrounding you throughout your walk. Places to see the river and earthworks without leaving the trail. Easy trail to walk. No places to rest, such as a bench, so bring a chair or blanket if needed. Small parking lot with roughly 5 spaces, but there is a curb long enough to fit a bus. No restrooms available.
