Great customer service quality work . They did not take advantage. My car left sounding good. The promblem was fixed. I had ball joint replaced. Excellent work. My brakes checked. The tires were rotate and balance.

Having an odd tire size I was having difficulty locating a set of four and feared I might have to order through one of the on-line companies. Called Hornsby who, like other local firms, did not have them in stock but Jeff said he could have them next day. Got there at 1:00 the following day and was on the road before 2:15 with the new tires installed. Staff was pleasant and professional. Facility was clean and neat. Next time we need tires Hornsby will be our first call not the last.

I've been going to Hornsby's since I moved to Virginia from Chicago 4 years ago. My brother, who was stationed at Little Creek recommended them and I haven't been disappointed. I've been treated with respect, I feel safe in my vehicle after they've worked on my car, they handle inspections, and they are always prompt and efficient with services. Through the pandemic they've been stellar to work with and when I needed body work done they pointed me to another locally owned and operated business-THAT is how community takes care of community. Good location too. 5/5 stars.

I had a leveling kit and new tires installed here and they did a great job!!! They also returned my vehicle back to me within the time frame promised. The staff was professional & helpful and I didn’t get the sense of “how much money can I squeeze out of this customer?” from them. Our business was right to the point with no BS!! Loved that guys!! And if you are a “car person” make sure you check out the cars they have on display.
