I was given an iphone 7 by a friend to replace my 4s. The rep. Ms. Williams spent an hour with me setting up the phone from the previous carrier and getting my phone plan up to date. She had endless patience and I ended up with a better plan than I before. This was a huge help to my wife and I. Thank you so much for a positive experience. I have been with AT&T since 1995.

We were recently thinking about switching providers from Sprint and I went in to speak to someone about the service that AT&T offered. Jasmine Britt explained clearly and answered all my questions about the wireless service that AT&T provided. After some thinking I went back to switch my family over to AT&T. It took a long time due to some technical issues, but Jasmine was very patient and helpful. She made sure to follow up to make sure we all had switched since my family was in Austin, TX when I went into the store in Newport News, VA. I definitely recommend AT&T and if you go to this store be sure to speak with Jasmine who is quite helpful.

As much as I really don’t like going into stores after Christmas, I had to go with my daughter today to the AT&T store. We waited only a few minutes before our AT&T sales person, Lauren, came over to hep us. Lauren was quick, to the point, and pressure free. She listened to what we wanted, gave a few suggestions, and then made it all work out. She was great!

Missy was amazing! I was in and out in less than an hour and I got exactly what I came for! She is awesome and I’m so glad I chose to come there!

Missy was awesome on helping me and my husband on getting our phones. polite cool to talk to would recommend the store to anybody, and if you do go into the store I would ask for Missy Also want to add my son doesn’t talk to anybody and was having a full conversation with her I loved that
