Target

Hello! So I made a mistake with the Drive Up portion and accidentally went to the wrong Target, and it said my order had been picked up. I went to the correct store and spoke with Amy and she helped me TREMENDOUSLY. She is an absolute amazing employee and went above and beyond to help me out and made sure everything was fixed. I felt so bad, she kept apologizing for everything when it was all my fault. Please let Amy know she did an amazing job and she’ll go far in life with the amazing and caring attitude she had the entire time she helped me. She kept calm when the return line got extremely long and was so nice to everyone else. One of the best experiences I’ve had at target by far. From now on I’m going to the target at Newport News just because of her. Thank you Amy! You’re an amazing person! Keep your head up and please keep doing you, you were perfect!

I have always liked Target for its products and some prices.

Staff is always friendly. I am greeted with a smile. And someone is always there to help me. I just recently recovered from knee replacement. And there is always a cart waiting. And items are easy to find.

The customer service. There was a young man named Zachary working at the electronics section that was very helpful. It seemed as though they short staffed but I personally witnessed him assist every customer patient enough to wait to the best of his abilities, not to mention with a smile.

Went today, very few people working, only 1 person in the electronics area and she was busy helping the same customer the entire 40 minutes we were in that area, fortunately we saw another person heading to another department who helped us, much appreciated. Used the order and pick up on another visit, went very smooth and quick.
