Today was my second time visiting this location. Their professionalism and great customer service made me return. Especially Harry at the front desk! I got two different cars serviced here. They dropped me off at home and picked me up for both visits. They definitely make you feel like family. Went in for an airbag light on one car and a state inspection on the other. I highly recommend.

Excellent service! I brought my car in for an oil change and a four wheel alignment. The maintenance was done in a timely manner and their outstanding customer service topped it all off. This was my first visit to Guaranteed Auto, but they treated me like I was a loyal long time customer. I was very impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. The mechanics went through several tire brands and prices to help me find the best fit for my car. When there was issues with the delivery of the tires to the shop, they gave me an even better tire brand but for cheaper price of the original tire I ordered to not delay my car repair. They are very transparent about prices and made sure my car was spotless when I came to pick it up.

I found this shop online and saw it had great reviews. I need a quick turn around on a vehicle calibration, I stopped by during my lunch break and they were able to get my car in immediately. Very professional and courteous assistance at the counter too. Will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone needing service.
