I will definitely be purchasing again from Hall Ford! Kevin was my salesman and Joe was the finance manager. There was no pressure. Kevin was so patient and kind. He is a very positive and happy man. I traded my car in and had zero hassle. They offered something to drink and made it as much as a positive experience as possible. The other sales people were just as pleasant. I bragged at work of my experience and everyone very much agreed. I don’t like to feel pressured or “too good to be true” vibes and they were so honest and courteous. I can’t say enough and I am super thankful for my experience. Joe was so on top of the paperwork and so kind. Great family atmosphere and a place to shop for a vehicle!
Love the text message service. Made an appointment. Got in and got out with in an hour. brought my F150 in for its first oil change. Trucks is riding real smooth after the oil change. Did not have my door code and service was able to help locate it. Overall service was great. It will be my regular place for truck to be serviced.
Very good service. Everyone from service desk to the technician was pleasant to work with. The tech was timely in diagnosing my vehicle’s issue, ordering the part, and performing the repair. He further made me aware of some things to keep my eye on based on the mileage of my vehicle, but at no point did I feel like I was being gouged or taken advantage of.
My experience with Mr. Rob was so quick and easy! My car had broken down on a Monday and after 3 days of it being in a shop, we figured it wasn’t worth putting in the money to get it fixed. That’s where Mr. Rob comes in, after just 2 days of talking I walked out with my perfect car at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and this whole faculty if you are ever looking for a new car
Price negotiation (with Sales Representative Mark, over the phone) was straightforward and quick. After fixing the price, the dealer was willing to deliver the car to my home, ~300 miles away, at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
