Just bought a jeep from them and they were all very friendly. They let us test drive and even let me look under it. They gave a full description of what has been done to each vehicle i looked at and even stayed past business hours to let me get a final decisionnn4 months later: the jeep still runs like a champ. I've had a lot of fun with it.... I would say it is money well spent with them... I can't say anything wrong about this place... John was cleaning his office and found a bikini top for my vehicle, instead of tossing it in the dump, he called me and gave it to me for free. If you want to buy a car look here, I hate buying from dealerships and auto sales places, but he had a price for me that I couldn't refuse. I've only had 4 months and I've gone 8k miles... it's my daily driver and it's never done me wrong.

Great customer service. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I didn't end up buying a car here, but John was very nice and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured at all. He met me at the shop after hours so I could test drive a vehicle and he was very honest about the work that had been done to it. He told me that I was welcome to take the car to any mechanic to have it checked out because he was confident that everything was in good condition. He even sent me an AutoCheck report (similar to Carfax) to show that the car had a clean history. The only reason I didn't buy a vehicle from him is that I found another one elsewhere that I liked more.

Do not deal with these guys. I bought a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo from them the end of last summer. They were very friendly and shook my hand telling me to come back if I had any problems. The AC stopped working very well within a few weeks but the weather cooled off so I didn't realize it was anything other than needing some more Freon. It turns out the AC compressor had stopped working. I called them and Doug told me to drop it off and they would get it fixed for $1000. It took 3 weeks for this repair. When I was finally able to pick it up, his business partner was very rude to me on the phone when I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be 7 minutes late. What is so difficult about waiting 7 minutes for a customer to pick up his car and hand you a check for $1000? After all of this, the AC compressor they had put in was a bad part. I had to go to a Chevrolet dealership to get the job done correctly and in 2 days. Why would I want to wait another 3 weeks and deal with their rudeness a second time? When the bad part and paperwork proving it was bad were presented to them they are only willing to refund $342 of the $1000 I paid them. I'm out over $650 and a lot of my time dealing with all of this hassle. I called to ask how this is either fair or decent and Doug tells me it's my fault and then passes the phone off to his business partner who hangs up on me when I ask him why he was rude to me. I guess that answers my question. When I tried to call back they ignore the call and let it ring. I guess the used car salesman stereotype is true and these guys smile and shake hands up front and then show their true colors later. I guess $650 is more important to them then treating their customers with respect. My advice to anyone reading this is to go somewhere else.

If I could give a negative review I would. I went here looking for a reliable car adter i totaled mine. Everyone was friendly however very unproffesional. They told me they had only been open a month. They told me the car i was looking at was in perfect condition. The inside window didnt roll down and upon test driving it the transmission slipped twice. There was a loud knocking noise in the engine as well from oil not being changed properly. The owner then proceeded to tell me alot of the cars on his lot had bad problems.
