The factory installed a part wrong. It took awhile to get the replacement part which is understandable with covid. The only failure is we had to keep calling and we were forgot a lot. We did not get a call it was in. We found out by calling. We didn't get called that it was painted. We called and opps they forgot. We didn't get a call to schedule to switch the wrong part with the correct part, we called to see if we could schedule. The body shop did a fabulous job on the work. However, the followup was a pain. We are busy, so we have large gaps and plenty of time between check is. We were just forgotten over and over. The final project turned out great. !!
Worst customer service I've probably ever had. I called because my car had a previous recall that I had fixed somewhere else but it started to do the same thing the rel was supposed to fix so I wanted to have it looked at again. They had me make an appointment, I brought my car in they asked if I would be waiting around or dropping off, I said drop off but that I lived 1.5 hours away so I'd be staying in town and they said they would call me and let me know if it needed to stay over night by 5pm. They never called, I called before they closed for pick ups and they said it would be over night I said okay and went home. I called the next day they said they never even looked at my car. Then I proceeded to call every day for 8 days and each time they had told me they still hadn't looked it. I finally just picked up my car without it ever being looked at, I just don't understand why have me make an appointment and why ask if I was going to wait around if you were never going to look at my car? Or I would have at least been more understanding if they had at least called to update me, but they never did and I had to contact them every time.
If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. My daughter had an appointment to bring her car in for servicing and the service agent said he would call her back the same day to tell her what the problem was. They never called. She called them the next day and was told they didn't have time to look at it. This went on for 8 days, after she had set up an appointment. Finally she got her car back with no repairs being done and is now in the process of looking for a new car. My family will never buy a Fiat again and I highly recommend to stay away from thius dealership.

Jeff in service was absolutely awesome to deal with! Our Fiat 500e Electric has been having the same issues and Southern Fiat wouldn't help. Pomoco to the rescue! Well worth the drive!
