Their leak adjustment policy is unfair and full of greed. When a water issue happens that you cannot control and don't know about until your bill comes they should show grace even if it's not yet been 3 years. Sadly the almighty dollar is all they seem to be interested inud83dude11

I have been locked out of my online account for nearly three months. I have tried the reset my password link but never receive an email to reset. And yes, I check my spam folder. I called and have waited at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone each time, and they can't resolve the issue either. They said they'll send a link to my email. Gee, because I haven't tried that already. NOBODY at NN Waterworks knows how to fix their online system so I had to switch to paper billing.

Don’t give up, just keep calling when you get a hang up after a 30 minute wait on hold. You will eventually get through to a live person in my experience who will try to help you and who is polite. The wait times are not as good as other/smaller areas/cities but that’s apparently to be expected - just keeping it real.

The customer service people won't bother to really listen when you call with a problem. I moved from an apartment to a condo and had to have my daughter, the condo owner go on line to do some paper for me to get service for me in my name. And I am on SSI, tried to have bill come in close to my check deposited since I have no other income, but they refused. Have to call them each time bill is due to relay that I have to wait on monthly check to make payment....

They make it impossible to pay your bill. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes waiting through automated telephone prompts so you can pay it over the phone because their website is trash. Don't bother with the autopay option they have, their system doesn't know how to retain card information so your autopay will continuously get declined. How hard is it to have a functioning website in 2020?
