This was a great place to visit. I wish I had come a year or two ago, because the forest has started to close in on the buildings. You get the sense that at one time it was pretty cool looking. It is hard to see things in perspective because of the trees. I did a drone flight over the property and the buildings, but it was hard to get a great view of everything. I was tempted to go upstairs in some of the buildings, but they did not look structurally sound enough for me to climb up stairs when I was by myself. The Renaissance thing is not my game but wandering around this property had sort of an archaeological feel to it. Like you were discovering an old town or society that had disappeared. If you're in the area, it is worth taking a look but I would not drive real far specifically for this. It is also private property though it is not marked as no trespassing. You will hike a little through the woods on very well to find pass that were clearly meant for vehicles at one time. I saw fairly recent tire tracks and footprints so somehow people have gotten vehicles back there. I would just park out of the way and walk past the barriers.
