This storage company is the absolute best, and Ken, the owner, is one of the most gracious and understanding people I have ever met. I rented a unit five years ago from Ken, and he has always been great with communication and flexible with payment methods. He is consistently helpful and kind when I talk to him, even when I have huge asks, like helping my friend access my unit to move my stuff out because I'm stuck across the country. My friend had no key, but he was willing to work with me and her to get her access to the unit so we could make our scheduled moving day. Ken is absolutely the best person to rent from. Recommend him absolutely. On a scale of 1-10, he is a 10+.
