We purchased our Subaru Ascent on New Years Eve and had the best and most easiest experience buying a car. Doug Stacy was our salesman, such a great guy. He made us feel very comfortable, no pressure very knowledgeable and AMAZING customer service! We HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle from Doug Stacy, you will not be disappointed! We would like to add Alex Fincham who helped us after the purchase with getting familiar with all the bells and whistles and syncing our phones, amazing guy & amazing customer service! And Tracy Cosner in finance was also an amazing addition to this team that made the process run quickly and smoothly. She is such a pleasant person, very personable and amazing customer service. Having a Subaru dealer close by is priceless when you live out by the mountains, but even better was the level of customer service they offered. Highly recommended!

Had a warranty issue with my Crosstrek. The service department said that it was Normal. After I picked up the car they decided they could to fix the problem. How many times do you have to go back before you get the car repaired? And when they were test driving the clean car they went down a dirt road, Thanks a lot . Haven't decided if I will return for my free service

I made the trek out last week to Orange to look at a used 2018 Forester. I wasn't happy with that 2018 but decided on a 2017 instead. Jermaine W. was awesome to work with and a real down to earth guy. The easiest car purchase I've ever made. I also want to thank Lynn, the finance manager too. Both Jermaine and Lynn made my first Subaru purchase a fantastic one!
