I love this place. They are friendly, very reasonably priced, and do a great job. This is the type of business that makes you just want to donate money to them for being so good.

We shopped around for commercial mowers and was very impressed with Doug's help. The staff was very eager to help out and was very friendly. We will also use them for our service needs as well. They are about an hour from us but we will be using them for our service as well. If you are in the market for a mower I would defiantly recommend this company.nAs I stated the process was awesome until we had issues with two of the mowers we purchased with in the first month of using them. The service Department is a joke. We dropped 20 grand and then a $600 repair on another mower no concern or eagerness to take care of the matter. We have mowers back and will never use Jones again. My thought of great customer service is from the beginning till the end. I have been told a number of times they have had a hard time getting help to work on mowers. I'm very disappointed in how things were handled and we have already found a shop that I doo believe will take care of our needs.

Convenient if you need to run and grab riding mower parts but they are almost double the prices online
