We've been here nearly 3 years and we love it. They do really well with keeping the grounds neat and clean. Things rarely break but if we need maintenance assistance, they are very quick to respond and take care of the problem.

All I have to say is things have changed, I’ve lived here for most of my childhood and someday soon I’ll be looking for an apartment and it won’t be with Monmouth woods, maybe the people who used to work here are gone because upfront in the rental office you will meet the rudest and most unprofessional women you will ever meet. I have heard horror stories about her attitude. I’m not sure about the roles of each staff member and I’m not expecting to be treated like royalty but just a little common decency would be much appreciated. The longer you reside within that residence the less things they do for you. The apartment will literally fall apart. The light fell from the ceiling along with glass the the wires from the light hanging from above, half of the lights would work in the apartment, the faucets would be leaky, problem after problem that would take a long time to fix, which could be easily prevented if proper renovations were within their priorities. Short term I would recommend, it’s a quiet, peaceful community. Long term, absolutely not.

Very odd experience I just had with the complex, everything was going great until we spoke on the phone, the Latino lady discriminated against me blatantly.

These apartments are pretty great. Great price for what you get. Nice flooring and carpet even though some of the floor panels don't match up. Also, some of our door frames have chew marks that were just painted over and not filled and painted. Everyone in out building is nice. The location is safe. I love our apartment. For the most part, these apartments are great, just a few things that arent perfect. Overall, they're great starter or low income apartments.
