Our lights suddenly dimmed in the kitchen, heater went off, stove top went off. Strange thing though lights in the rest of the house along with small things plugged in still worked. Found Mr. Electric on Yelp they had good reviews, so we called. Donn came out and was confused when we told him our problem. He checked the fuse box and said it's not internal you are not getting good levels coming in. He then called our power company to have them come out. He also offered to install a whole house surge protector, which we agreed to as the price was well worth it to protect expensive items. The electric company came and found that someone had messed with the meter on the house. He said people do that to reduce their electric bill. He said it could have caused a fire. We just bought this house 4 months ago, and were shocked that someone did something that could have cost us our home and possibly our lives. This is a long review, but we think people should know to check this when buying a house.nMr. Electri and our power company are awesome. Whoever messed with the meter, we bet Karma is looking for you.

I love this company! Respectful, communicative, on time, clean, & cleaned up after themselves with a vacuum! Listened to what I wanted done & executed. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

We can not say enough positive things about Donn and our experience with him. Communication was great even prior to coming for an estimate, showed up on time and did excellent work. Donn spent the time to make sure the lights are symmetrical in each of the 4 rooms we had done and cleaned up very well before moving to the next room. Donn will be the only electrician we contact from now on when needed. We had 18 total recessed lights put in and a ceiling fan.

Mr. Electric (Donn Oliveros) is truly a professional installer. At our first meeting to discuss my requirement Donn knew exactly what he needed to do for the job. He convinced me that I do not need to have a sub-panel that he would install different breakers and that will give me what I need.nnThank you Donn of Mr. Electric for your very nice attitude and the knowledge you have to keep things simple.nnP. S. - Masen Clark is my grandson. Too young to know what Donn did exactly.

Called Mr. Electric on 3 Feb 2021 to report that i had an underground electric wire burning and needed assistance. At the time of m,y call I was told that they an on call service tech and they would list my situation as an emergency and that I would be contacted by another person. Well I was never contacted by anyone from this company and after waiting 4 hours for an emergency call. I called them back and told them to them to forget it. If they listed this as an emergency and no one ever responded to service call I wonder what do they consider an emergency. I will never call or recommend this company to anyone I know.
