Couldn't believe how low their prices were! We had an awesome salesman.... Jack Owens. It was a relief that he was not the usual creepy car salesman that just hovers over you, makes you uncomfortable, and you try to hurry around the lot so you can avoid them. Having Jack Owens as our salesman was a refreshing experience. We drove out of there in a brand new car. Our next purchase will most certainly be with Jack at that dealership!
Had a great experience with this dealership and my salesman Mac Hall. He was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience a breeze!
Will not be back for service! Had questionable service with warranty claim and still I believe the wrong radio was installed based on part number and numerous calls to other dealers...but it works. I went to the RAM side of dealer for a standard oil change. Brought a coupon for full synthetic and a tire rotation. Gave coupon to tech and explained both. The invoice shows they put conventional oil vs full synthetic and the tire rotation was never done (we know this because one tire was low to start and it never moved after 3 days). We stayed at the dealer, so if there were any questions, we were available. We do not trust them to return and them fix the issues. There is no telling what they will do next, or won't do...
A couple of weeks ago my husband and I went to Bayside just to look around for cars. We met Devonte and he was the absolute best! He listened to what we wanted and he made it happen! We love Bayside and we will definitely be back!
I bought my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Chris at Rappahannock Motors and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Jeep. As a Jeep owner himself, he knows his stuff and showed me Jeep features I wasn't told about at other dealerships. He didn't play any games and gave me a fair price on my vehicle. They give free car washes for their vehicles too!
