Do not. I repeat. DO NOT go to this practice for medical care. I went here for care only due to its proximity from work. After being treated I paid for what I believed was my visit. Literally a year goes by and I receive a call from a collection agency saying that I never paid my bill from this visit. When I asked them to confirm the address they had on file from the doctor's office, they gave me an address that doesn't even exist. I even asked if they were sure that my bill wasn't sent to them by accident because there's no way that I would skip a medical bill intentionally. I was so confused by all of this but I offered to pay for the actual services but not the collections service fee since the doctor's office only tried to communicate with me via a false address they entered into their system. If they were trying everything they could to get paid, why didn't they bother to call me after noticing a patient of theirs had not paid their bill yet? I've been involved in the Healthcare industry for years and know for a fact that the Billing department will make an effort to contact patients who are late on their bill. After this, I honestly feel like their business practice is a scam. And don't get me started on the 2 month wild goose chase their Billing department kept me on. I even tried to contact the office manager, Mickey, with my insurance company to discuss the issue, but they refused to hear my side and was very nasty to my representative. I never thought that going into this would lead to such a huge ordeal with this practice. I ended up being mentally drained and paid for a mistake that was not my responsibility but the doctor's office itself. So sorry for the drawn out novel but just don't go here for your sanity's sake.

Staff is rude! They only do the bare minimum to help you. Don’t ask for a doctor note because they won’t give it to you. Wait times are ridiculously long. Insurance won’t cover xrays. Make the drive to Fredericksburg for better service!

My wife and I went there for COVID test on a Sunday. They were friendly, fast, and very helpful. I couldn't have imagined better service and help.

I understand these are unique times. But waiting outside in your car for a Covid-19 test for over an hour without any update is very frustrating. Credit card charge notification was immediate though!
