Seat nazis. Everyone at DELTA has been wonderful over the past year. All good things come to an end. The heavy set lady at the gate should get reevaluated by the airline. ZERO customer service ZERO knowledge on airline etiquette. Avoid her if you get a chance. She will sour your mood
Very disappointed my trip was delayed at this point were finally on the road at 1:40pm jan 17.. last nite the 16th my Delta flight was at 8:26pm and apparently it was full . They were asking for a volunteer to take the next flight you'd be giving a $250 gift card. I volunteered I could use the 250 gift card on my trip and we dont leave until 7am so yay me. So turns out they did not need me and I was given a drink tkt and my bag was checked. I arrive in DCA and head to baggage claim. Well MY BAG WAS NOT THERE. I speak with someone in baggage and am told its still in DTW.. really. Ok it'll be on the next flight out.. NOPE not. It'll be on the earliest flight friday NOOOOOPE. ITS GONNA BE 11:30 WOOOOOW. SO MY TRIP IS DELAYED AND AS I'M WRITING THIS REVIEW WE ARE ON THE ROAD..AND IVE SET THE GROUPS TRIP BACK HOURS.. MAYBE I SHOULD PUT 1 STAR. FOR THE DRINK TKT thanks DELTA. IJS
Danette saved the day! I've never missed a flight before and she is getting me home sooner than my original flight. She was extremely kind to me which helped so much with the process. thanks to Delta, I'm going home!
