First time in this location. Clothes are so unorganized. I'm not going to sit there and go through every single item just to find what fits me.nThe first time I attempted to go in they were closed even though google said they were open for another hour.nDo not recommend
Not friendly and stock person did not bother to move or let me in to look at the books just continued to do whatever she was doing. Never greeted
Not anything good ever there. The furniture needs to be in the dump. The cashiers are slow. Not going back its a waste of time.
The store is always clean and organized. I've never had a problem any employee. During a visit I noticed an iteam with an racist picture. I brought it to the employees attention and she quickly removed it from the shelf and apologized. Reading the comments of the other reviewers, I noticed that a lot of the complaints (well most) are more of a company problem then it is the individual store.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived at 8:05. I could see the girl and held out a HUGE bag of stuff that I wanted to donate. She refused to accept it pointing to the closed sign. How much time would it have taken to open the door and put the bag inside? Fine, Goodwill will benefit. See, I happen to know that CHKD doesn't get all the proceeds. Some of the money from donations pay WAGES. So when there's no business, they won't need to pay wages and that chick is going to wonder what happened.
