The entire park has roaches and the landlords put in the lease that they aren't going to do anything about it and that they tenant has to deal with it themselves. There is no plumbing to the bath tub in one house I've seen. You look through the dragon and see the ground. Same with the heater vents, there's no ducting. You look through the event and see the ground as well. The windows don't fit in the hole that was cut for them. Some dont even have windows, just an ill fitting piece of plexiglass. There are hopes in the walls of these places that look to the outside when they rent them to new tenants. This park has no regard for landlord/tenant laws, the safety of their tenants or the fact that not a single trailer in this park is actually livable. When you put a work order in, they don't fix what needs fixing and if they do come, it's not done right. Don't rent here!!! You WILL regret it.
ALOT OF BREAK INS ND SHOOTING GO TO A SHELTER IF YOU HAVE TOO JUST DON'T MOVE HERE! I STAYED 2 MONTHS MY PLACE WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE MOVED THERE FROM ANOTHER CITY WORSE MISTAKE EVER!
