This place is just down the road, it is reasonable, if you go at the right time it is not crowded Everything you need in one friendly place

Love working out here. Peacful not over crowded . Have all the equipment needed for a great workout. Fridge for your drinks. A lot of tanning beds if you tan. VERY CLEAN!!! friendly professional staff . wish they were open more hours but 3 days a week works for me
