Great trainer helped me win 9 championship belts! He has over 20 years of experience with boxing,went to the 1996 Olympic trials for boxing, was a jack of all trades in high school sports, great father, and great husband to his wife. Has helped a lot of kids battle with bullying, made their confidence increase, Great man/role model over all!
My daughters and I just started boxing cardio. We are training with Jonnie Davis he is one of the best trainers out there. Honest and works well the youth.nThank you the private sessions are awesome. Looking forward to knocking someone out if I need to lol.
A great workout for all ages! Fun, family friendly and affordable with great boxing knowledge being shared, great instructors and positive energy flowing throughout. Highly recommended for those getting into boxing or trying to get back into it.

My daughter is the youngest member 5 yrs old & has been there since day 1.. she absolutely LOVES it.. she even comes home & practices all the time.. The membership $$$ are very affordable & worth it.. Now she wants 2 be a boxer & I will support her throughout her journey.. God ain't through w/ y'all yet.. this is just the beginning..
