We had no electricity in half of our house, had an electrician come out twice only to tell us he couldn’t figure out what was wrong both times. We called David, who showed up within an hour, and he had the problem fixed in two hours. David is very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Zap electric!

To say that we are disappointed and very angry at the way David Peed conducted himself, and represented his own company, is an understatement! We were emailed a quote from Zap Electric on 4/9/19.nOn 4/24, we called David and told him he had the job. At that time he added verbally added $200 to the quote for permits. We agreed. He agreed to check on the equipment needed and get back to us. He did not call back. On 4/29 we called and he stated he was waiting for word on the equipment but could start job the beginning of the week of 5/6 and he would call with word on equipment. Left message 5/2..no return call. Left message 5/7...no return call. Left message 5/13..no return call. On 5/13 the Owner of our Company called his phone and was told it was NOT David and it was NOT Zap Electric. Two seconds later David called us at the shop. Claims his secretary was to have been in touch. And...he NEVER ordered the equipment. FOUR WEEKS later!! He is highly unprofessional, shirks his responsibilities and commitments and has cost us hundreds of dollars in delayed revenue and fines from the company. We regret having ever called him and will never use him or Zap Electric!nWe would suggest that if Zap Electric ever pops up as a recommended electric company, delete it as fast as you can!
My husband and I needed an electrician to fix a variety of electrical issues that came up on our home inspection. David was recommended by a friend of a friend and we were not disappointed! He was extremely thorough and fixed several things without charging us for every little thing. We highly recommend him!
David was incredibly professional and really fast. He knows his craft and is a true industrial professional. He has helped us solve problems we didn’t know we had. His prices are incredibly fair and his speed is definitely better than any contractor I’ve worked with. You always need a good electrician in your back pocket and David is the one to have.
