You know how nervous you be when going to make a big purchase? Well I have to say my experience with SoNo was beautiful. They knew what and why I was coming. They work with LendMark Financial. The service I received from both places were phenomenal. I have nothing ill to say about either place of business. They were professional, productive, most helpful in every form and fashion. I came with everything I needed. I did have to use LendMark's computer to get income info, but that wasn't a problem. No one made you feel uncomfortable ud83dude23ud83eudd75. They do work with you. I truly appreciate everything both companies did for me. I left both places feeling good about the decisions I'd made. They deserve all 5 stars ud83eudd29. Much success in the future. I bought a good reliable, reasonably priced car from them and was able to register my car with them on the spot which saved me the hassle of going to the DMV. On top of that they were friendly and helpful. The service is great and they're Military friendly. Definetly five stars.

We are relatively new to the area so we have no trusted places to go for many things. Having been in sales in the past, I am always cognizant that I am being sold and am reluctant to trust a sales person. I did my research, read the reviews in varied locations online, and was able to separate the “wheat from the chaff”. The entire process with SoNo was extremely positive. I’ve been researching used pick ups for a couple weeks and saw a truck on line. I submitted an availability request and within 30 min, I received confirmation that the vehicle was still available and their hours for the next day. I went to the dealership the following day and looked at the truck. I asked a bunch of questions about the history of the vehicle and a couple of things from the CARFAX report. Jason was able to tell me the history, any issues they found and fixed, and answered other questions I had. I only found out later that Jason is the owner and just happened to be there. I test drove the vehicle and it ran great. When it came to working out the details of the sale, Jason and the team worked with me on price and payment options. Allen and Bryan made the sale easy. SoNo won me over and earned my trust. Will recommend them to anyone and I will go back again if I am in the market for another used vehicle. Thanks for making my decision and the process easy.
