Fantastic gem nestled in the midst of an industrial area. There are ongoing efforts to restore, reclaim, and educate the park meaning that it will only get better. With trails, education building, conservation efforts, kayak launch, and playground there is sure to be something for everyone, including your furry friends.

This is a very well-designed park. Plenty of trails for all levels of hikers and there's a canoe launch! My 2 kids (6 & 3) enjoyed the playground which has a little free library. I appreciated the art and interactive invitations to play setup throughout.

My mother and I took my daughter there to let her stretch her legs. Within less than 30 minutes my daughter was asking to go home. This is coming from a child who collects sticks and rocks daily. It just wasn't what we were hoping for when we saw nature preserve. Also there were some teenagers doing some not so appropriate things basically in front of the main building for 30 plus minutes and nothing was said by anyone. It was so awkward.

A fun, little park with a playground, walking trails, and picnic tables. It is small, but it is nice.
