Waayyyyy too close together. Some residents are big partiers or loud and obnoxious.
I like that the property owners make sure everyone keeps up with their yard and trailer. Its makes the trailer park look nice. The property managements customer service needs improvement though. Also it would be nice if they had a office that was closer and not located 30 mins away.
I think this place needs a small play area for kids because there is nothing to entertain toddlers. They need to change the light bulbs on the street poles because some have been off for a long time. Also I think there should be something for kids to stand to wait for the school busses because it brakes my heart how they wait in the inclement weather specially when it gets flooded.
Well... I live here, so.... I think it's pretty cozy, nice neighbors and all that good stuff. There's a bunch of cute, trashy kitties that just roam around, so yeah...
Property looks kept up decently on the ourside.
