They take great care of the grounds but, the trailers are forgotten about on the outside. They need to paint the trailers. Show your tenants some Love. Hell, they pay yall way more than its worth
This place looks pretty run down from the outside . I didn't go into any of the trailers but I have a friend that knows people that live here and there's a lot of illegal activity going on here.

Roach and bug infested land lord finds anyway she can to keep your deposit slumlord property even though its a trailer park its pretty nasty because the landlord only cares about money
