Terrible service. Food that's worth what you pay. Only reason for 2 stars is the bread products are pretty good.
Ordered pizza and was going to pay with gift card(Little Caesars gift card) that has never been used and I ran the gift card and it kept saying there was an error and I told the cashier that I know that the card hasn't been used so I know that there's money on it and basically the cashier looked at me and said well I don't know and I said okay I'll pay another way which I did. I went out to my car and looked up the card to see what the balance was on it and sure enough there was the same amount of money that was on there that should have been so when I went back in I said hey there's money on the card and I don't know why it was bringing up error and basically the kid just looked at me and said I don't know. The cashier didn't even offer to type the gift card number in the computer and run it that way nothing I got nothing from the kid so I called their customer service and complained about it because I just feel that I was treated very badly and nothing on there was done to help clarify the situation of why the card was not working. I've worked in customer service for many many years and I guarantee if I ever acted like the way this person did I would not have my job or I would not expect to have my job.
Amazing service, I even called to have a delivery order customized since doordash wont let you and they did it with no fuss. was stellar!
