This location is the most unfriendly and help. Not to mention very knowledgeable of informing customer while purchasing point or minutes on the play card. This the 1st time I brought my daughter to this location in Chesapeake battlefield. I purchased the minutes other than the points this time so my daughter can have more time of playing the games. Me and my daughter went to use the restroom so you can pause the minutes card. While walking out from the restroom we notice our food was at the table. I try to pause her card again and read back to me you reach the maximum pause. I waited for a staff to ask why I can't pause the card agin. He stated you only pause it one time., that not good for loyal customer who bring the children to Chuck E Cheese all the time. I ask to speak to the manager to switch the minutes card to the point card she was very rude and didn't take no action to help a customer.

The staff is incredible! The food is really good. The location is pretty clean. The only bad part is some of the games. Any game that has pieces to it (balls or something similar) usually has pieces missing and you can't play the game properly. This has happened every time we've went in.

It cost more than I realize would be 2 kids 45 min. With soda and small pizza . They also don't have safety for when the kids come in like they use too. Finding something else for the kids to do.

Very clean. They had an associate going around cleaning the games! I'm a little sad that they took out a few of our favorite games... including raptors revenge. Yemesha was amazing! She's so polite and helpful!
