Called looking for a quote for use in a funeral since their site doesn't provide costs. When I asked for the hourly rate, instead of providing that, he was rude and spoke to me as if I were ignorant. Needless to say, our business will go elsewhere; where respect and professionalism matter. Thanks guy.

We got a limo for my mom's 80th birthday and our driver, Phyllis, was AWESOME! The limo was very clean, the temperature in the limo was perfect as it was chilly and Phyllis made sure it was comfortable. She was early and was completely professional. She was friendly and you could just tell she likes her job which is nice for a change! She made the trip even more enjoyable with her attitude! Thanks Phyllis & Mike for making sure it was all set-up for us! Would use again!! We went from Greenbrier to Aberdeen Barn and had a great time!!

They were awesome! It was a last minute request for their services. Not only were they able to accommodate me but also upgraded me to the Hummer for no additional charge. Also the driver was amazing!!! He was so respectful and had no problems with all the stops we wanted to take. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first choice for my next event.

Had a great evening. Lewis (Louis)the driver was professional, courteous, and very friendly. Limo was immaculate, climate control and sound system made for a comfortable and pleasant setting for all 8 of us in the party. Provided quick in and out to concert. Thanks again and I highly recommend J & J.

Used this company for my birthday. Excellent customer service and the driver was great. Was worth the money. I liked the fact that every time I called Mike he always answered even when he was on vacation! ! Would recommend to others.
