I'm currently getting my MEI add-on through Horizon with my VA benefits. A lot of VA student pilots it seems like. The staff is very courteous and professional. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and easy to relate to. I recommend this place to my military friend who are looking to earn or add certificates using their VA benefits.

Horizon has been maintaining our aircraft for close to ten years and they have always treated us well. They have done significant repairs and modifications with a high degree of workmanship. When actual labor hours exceeded the estimate on two major jobs they split the difference and charged less than the actual time worked. Excellent, friendly people to work with who do their best to make aircraft ownership affordable.
